A Wink and a Nod…
Bush is such a funny guy. He almost got the date of the country’s bicentennial right (what’s a couple of centuries between friends), and how else should a president cover the gaffe than by winking at the Queen
Well at least he didn’t come up to the Queen and say “Yo, Queenie”
